Shipping

Shipping birds to the studio is a fairly simple process. There are a few things you should.

Any bird you wish to ship should be wiped clean of blood and debris. Tuck the head under a wing and place in double plastic bags. Wrap the bags with a piece of masking tap and freeze as quickly as possible.

When you are ready to ship, place your frozen bird in as small a box as will hold it and fill the box with loose newspaper, this will insulate and protect the bird. You can use other materials...insulation, bubble wrap, if you wish.

Always ship your bird out on a Monday, Tuesday at the very latest. Use UPS or FedEx to insure no weekend layovers...please DO NOT SHIP USPS!

All migratory birds...ducks, geese, swans, dove must have the hunters full name, address and date of kill. This information must accompany the bird(s).

A deposit is not immediately required. You will be notified upon receipt of your bird. At that point a deposit of 1/2 is required. Upon receipt of that your bird will be placed in the schedule. Once completed you have 30 days to send the balance due. I accept credit cards, cash and money orders...sorry only area checks are accepted.
